I'm up a half lb. It's kind of a drag, but at least I'm feeling better and my energy level is up. If only I could getto bed earlier! These late nights are throwing me off, whether I'm snacking or not. Oh well, I'll ride my bike to my doctor appointment, see if that helps.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
