The last few days, everything has just felt like a lump in my stomach...so I decided to try fasting for a day or longer. Tonight I decided to do a fruit protein shake (after no food since last night). I managed to get 1/2 of it down--but I felt too full and that even that was too heavy and too much. I go to the doctor tomorrow and am having major blood work done also. I will talk to him about all of this then. Actually feeling ok. REALLY enjoying wearing jeans--stretch jean!!! it makes me feel successful, thinner and just all around good.
