Done with the cabbage soup diet officially, but still have a little soup left. I will finish it off today or tomorrow and then back to just calorie counting and exercising.

Only lost 3 lbs total, but I am hoping it was realy weight loss not just water!

Big goal is to encourage my daughter to move more and eat fewer carbs. Would like to see her getting the majority of her carbs from fruit/veggies rather than bread/sugars.

I know it isn't easy, but the rewards are so worth it!
