So, day 1 ended on a sour note. After spending yet more time on the website, I didn't do my shopping. So, I ate what my husband and son ate with the exception of swapping plain butter beans for the succatash(has corn) that they ate. I realized this morning that I actually only had 1/2 cup tomato juice yesterday for breakfast(measuring cup I used is smaller than I thought)rather than the full cup. So, I feel more full this morning! This makes me happy! Now, I am off to do that shopping!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
