Freaking out, worried that I'm loosing focus
122.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1427 kcal Fat: 46.05g | Prot: 42.95g | Carb: 228.80g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Sugar, Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Tomatoes, Hanover Chick Peas. Lunch: Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley). Dinner: Bananas, Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Thai Kitchen Green Curry Chicken. Snacks/Other: Dried Cranberries, Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds. more...
