Yoga was awesome last night...I can't wait to go again on Thurs! It's nice having a workout buddy!

I ate a yummy veggie and protein packed breakfast and I'm off to the gym! I've been finding that mixing veggies into everything I eat not only keeps me full longer, but makes me feel better, and makes me crave healthier stuff.

I'm getting ready to hit the gym in my complex for some running and some weights, and I'm bringing along my favorite reading material: BRIDAL MAGAZINES! Took a new picture this morning so you can see me with my new motivation: the RING! :)

Yoga is something I've always wanted to try - that and palates. Great job getting to the gym and doing all your healthy eating and exercise!
