Just finished Arms and Shoulders on P90X.Nothing like yesterday this is only day 2 though and fallow behind it was Ab ripper X you never know how much your outta shape till you start working out or how flexible you are.Little sore from yesterday but nothing to worry with just muscles i haven't worked in years ab's kinda sore me and the g/f have are first 5k already picked out just waiting on the date and time and place...we know its june 18-july 28 hopefully this will get easier yoga X tomorrow.
