Well its been day 1 of my P90X journey and since i missed monday waiting on my bands i started out on Plyometrics boy was that ruff.Looks like tomorrow is shoulders and arms. I only did 45 min of the work out today since im a soo outta shape and sloppy mess but one day ill be able to do the full hour NO PAIN NO PAIN!!!! Put up or shut up. Didn't get to walk today was sick will walk tomorrow if it doesn't rain on me. Like tony says "BRING IT" and im gonna give my 110% hope ill start seeing results on day 30 will see.
