I've been slacking so bad, not recording my wt gain. Got up to 189. Started April 1st with a new outlook. Keeping track of what I eat and doing a 30 min a day exercise program. I feel a lot better and I weighed today at the doctor's and I'm back down to 181. Going to start walking next week. I've done a lot of soul searching and praying and with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. Please keep me in your prayers everyone. God bless you all.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
