Gained 3lbs. this week. I know how it happened, we started a new home improvement project this week so we had fast food a lot, I was not the one to go and pick it up so my husband and kids tried to make healthy choices for me. They were surprised to see that sometimes the things marked as healthy were just as bad as what they chose to eat. But, I'm back on track yesterday I went on 3 walks and cooked dinner and made sure it was healthy. I weighed in this am and have lost 1lb already, I don't like to weigh in more than once a week but, was curious to see what 1 day of being back on track would do. I'm happy. Now today I'm going to go on my walks and start my workouts again.
