I'm a stay at home mom to 3 rambunctious boys. We also homeschool, so my days are very busy between homeschooling a 2nd, 5th, and 10th grade kid. On top of that I also run the office to my husbands company. So I find myself stress eating most days. My goal is to stop the stress eating and work on myself more.

New to the site and needing encouragement and support.
Hello everyone, I'm a new member to the site. I have not been on a diet in awhile. It is very hard for me to diet, when ever I try it seems that with in a few days foods that I can't eat are in the house,because my husband and kids can eat fried fatty foods and not gain an ounce. (Must be nice)So I'm looking for some emotional support on those days when I want to eat that piece of cheese cake but can't. I also want to live a healthier life, my family has a history of heart disease and I want to be here a long time for my husband and kids. So any support will be greatly appreciated and excepted. Thanks.
