I have to start being more honest with myself and what I eat. My biggest downfall is midnight cravings. I had 2 bowls of cheerios last night and too much cinnamon bread for desert. I would normally ignore this but I have to take into account everything.

I finally gave up coffee, etc...at work and sticking to water but it doesn't do much if I keep munching all the time.
