Wow! yesterday was so hard for me to eat "good". Things just kept on turning out bad. All i wanted was a buttery biscuit to make it all better. I settled for a slice of whole wheat bread with Country Crook spread. It was good and no guilt. Why am I wanting to eat out of emotion again. I thought i was over it.

Hi there! Haven't been on in a while and wanted to stop by and say hi We all have bad days. If we didn't I wouldn't have disappeared and there would be no need for this site. The first step is knowing and identifying the problem. I have a suggestion that I loved instead of garlic toast or a biscuit. Not quite the same but I love it. You get Wasa crackers, which ever one you like there long and rectangular so its a lot. Spray with I can't believe its not butter and sprinkle a little garlic salt. It's really taste good, at least I think so.
Anyway, hope all is well.
