Well I achieved my first goal for February. I'll need to work a lot harder to achieve my March goal, especially with a week off of work, that is a lot of calories I won't be burning in a normal work day. To counteract that I've promised myself I'd be at the gym for an hour at least 4 days out of that week. I've been doing my best to workout at the gym. I'm considering running a 5k in September. That is a HUGE goal for me, as I'm not athletic and I don't have stamina. For the past few days I've been training on the treadmill to achieve this.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
