I started counting calories last week. I have done really well. I kind of fell of the chain Friday with my nieces birthday party at Joes crab Shack. I would have been fine if I hadn't had the alcohol. But I still came in under the 2000 a day count. Since then I have been under 1500 a day. I am feeling great. My pants feel like that are looser. So I am hoping to get the physical end going on the course of the next 2 weeks. I am feeling good and can't wait to see the results on the scale.
