End of week 4. I've lost 6.7 Kg (14.8 lbs).

This last week I had a night out where I drunk a lot of rum/cola Diet combos.

Although I didn't exceeded (to much) the total calories allowed I guess that alcohol has a bad effect on the body fluids balance that takes 2-3 days to wear of.

That's probably why the usual 2 Kg/week rate has been altered this week.

So one important lesson learned: NO ALCOHOL AT ALL...

It's not a big deal anyway.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
