Agggghhhh, wot am i doing??? Cant get this weight moving!!!hELP!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

how is your sodium intake, if it is high.. it puts weight on overnight

i dont know anything about sodium, havent a clue!!

Are you tracking your food intake on here? You can adjust your columns for tracking to include sodium, Sodium is salt, basically. And too much sodium and not enough water intake could cause bloating or water retention, thus the weight gain. I think that is what Jane was getting at. What is your current approach to your weight-loss? How do you eat? Do you exercise? Or was this "wot am I doing?" more of a rhetorical question? lol
