Well I've done all I can for this week, I have fought temptation most of the time, and only ate a little when I gave in. I did 4 work outs, drank more water than coke zero, and kept my calories in check. I guess the scale will show tomorrow if I'm doing enough. This is the first week I'm afraid to weigh in because I don't want to be disappointed again, staying the same last week really bothered me. I know it shouldn't because I didn't gain but, when you work out and see nothing from it it's hard.
