Yea! I made it to April, I am feeling wonderful; it was a lot of discipline to get here. Now if I could prevent myself from gaining weight that would be fabulous. I am presently enjoying a can of cashews that I have had in my locker for months. It has been painful depriving myself, but very much worth it. It was very challenging monitoring what added calories; I had to alter my eating of various foods throughout my ordeal. I am just glad the regiment is over for now. I was also exercise running hard to reduce the weight, that definitely added to my pain. Again, I am pleased with my accomplishment and long for better results in the near future.
