After getting to 62.8 kgs in Jul last year, weight started to increase and by Jan this year had gone up to 68 kgs.
Since then have motivated myself to get back to where I was and thankfully have been able to reach.
Next aim is to get to 60 kgs

Lost so far: 7.1 lb.
Still to go: 6.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
