Had a really good day. I watched and maintained my calories. I went to go spend some time with mom at the nursing home. After taking care of her I came home had dinner and got my workout in. No more excuses of being too tired to exercise. Now cooking my meals for the week. This way I have no need to eat out aside of my Tuesday night outing.
