Day One,

Today is day one. I doing a cleanse. I am eating lean protein and green vegetables. I can have 2tbs of Fat Free Italian Dressing and 2 protein bars. I am so hungry but I am being strong. I have had 64oz of water, 23 oz of the detox juice 4 oz of protein, lots of raw vegetables and one tbs of italian dressing and 1 and 1/2 protein bars. I am at work and I have eaten everything I brought. I am a little worried that I have to take my youngest to Soccer right after work and will not be able to eat. I fear that I will get home and want to eat more than I am allowed. I prepared last night and I have shrimp and a salad already prepared. So thats not the issue. Stopping is my issue. To much of a good thing. so I can have 2 oz of shrimp, which is quite a bit because they are small and lettuce/spinach blend with the italian dressing plus the 1/2 of the protein bar, 8 oz of detox juice. I will pray for will power. I did not exercise but I did walk around the soccer field 3 times. Figured it was better than nothing. I did cheat some at dinner. I was planned to have 2 oz shrimp, lettuce/spinach salad, 1tbs italian dressing and 1/2 a LA weightloss bar. I ended up eating a whole bar i had 1/2 before my sons practice and 1/2 after dinner and I ate 2 oz of chicken with the shrimp. everything was grilled with olive oil spray no additives. so for the most part I am ok with my choices.
