Well, this is what my scale says today... I don't know how could that happen, if last 5 days I had been misbehaving with food due to business and travels, and also didn't exercise. Strange, but I'll take it!

Today at least I was able to exercise again and to eat healthier than all past week.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
