I have lost 15 lbs in a little less than three weeks and it feels great. what feels even better is that I can now fit in a size smaller jeans and I don't even have to struggle to button them at the top.
253.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
