so today was my last day on phase 1 (again) and i feel great another 8 pounds off these past 2 weeks! for a total of 18 pounds lost so far!!! thats about halfway to where i really want to be. I can finally pull my old pre-pregnancy pants up.. but not over my hips and butt which still has some junk in the trunk. but they are a lot close than they were 2 months ago. AND i am finally under 200 pounds for the first time in about 6 months. I thik my scale is wacky so im going to publix tomorrow to weigh myself and see the real numbers.. cross your fingers for me!
