Well, it has been 6 months since I started my weight-loss plan. Here are the stats:
Aug: -10 pounds Sept.: - 5 pounds Oct. - 6 pounds Nov. - 2 pounds Dec. + 2 pounds Jan. - 2 pounds
Total Loss in 6 months = 23 pounds
My goal is to lose 60 pounds total. I am also half way there. My goal was 60 pounds in a year, but I might not be able to make that. Since the last 9 weeks have been a wash. BUT the point is I will make it.
Over the last 6 months I have made some discoveries. When I record what I eat. . . even when I have a 3000 calorie day, I lose weight. Being accountable is the key for me.
I have not been exercising and I know that doesn’t help, I want to be more active and need to think about how to make it work with my life.
So. . . this week I plan to lose 3 pounds. . . and from here on out 1-2 pounds/week.
