My last weight in said 173, then 4 days later it said 177, today it is 175. God this is hard. Dang those Easter Candy Sales LOL. I increased my water intake to 8 glasses yesterday, with a squeeze of lemon. It helped. I also went hiking for 2 hours Sunday, then Wednesday and Thursday the treadmill for 40 minutes. Tonight, Zumba (which I also did last Friday too). Maybe that's why I lost 2 lbs? Who knows, but gonna keep it up for a couple weeks to see if it really helps. Most importantly being accountable for what enters my mouth by the words: You bite it You write it! Trying to stay on top of it all. Too much to think about, but trying....
