Not quite sure why I gained any weight because I was actuallt doing pretty good last week. Maybe it was all the missed meals. I was trying a whole "don't eat unless I'm hungry" thing and so sometimes I just didn't eat dinner because I had a big lunch.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would try to prevent missing meals. I do the same thing but if your body is reacting badly and is going into starvation mode, try eating some celery. This should help.
