Hopefully this is recent weight loss is due to being scared for health reasons, and not due to some ailment. I've been cutting back almost 300-500 calories a day since 3/21/14.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 March 2014:
2612 kcal Fat: 75.32g | Prot: 192.61g | Carb: 295.07g.   Breakfast: Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry Banana, Fiber One Protein Cereal Maple Brown Sugar, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Progresso Reduced Sodium Chicken and Wild Rice Soup, Pictsweet Deluxe Sides Baby Brussels Sprouts in Butter Sauce, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Skinless Chicken Breast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner: Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs, Victoria Low Sodium Marinara Sauce, Linguine, Victoria Marinara Sauce, Sartori Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Nature's Promise 94% Fat Free Ground Turkey. Snacks/Other: Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Original Crackers. more...
