I'm feeling pretty guilty about the weekend. We had to go out of town for a weekend birthday celebration for an elderly family member. The problem is that my in-laws use this as an excuse to feed themselves as if they are at a Roman Banquet - all weekend long.
I have made it a point to be true to myself and report my diet as accurately as possible. I am ashamed to see that I ingested 150 fat grams today. (That's what fried chicken and Lemon cake will do for you!)
So, I'm happy to be back home where I have at least some control of my diet. I'm looking forward to hitting the gym in the morning and getting back on track. Wish me luck!
