Thought a couple of days ago I would embark on Atkins type diet. After only 1.5 days felt awful, not really great idea to go down that route with 3 small children. Which is really why I need to do something about my weight, which keeps creeping up and up. Over the last 15 years it has gone from 9st4lbs, to 10st4lbs, to 11st4lbs and now...well enough! I'm worried about my health and if anything happens which I could prevent. I don't want my kids to have an unhealthy or (worst case senario) no mum. I want them to be proud of me and see me as an example to follow in the right way. Plus I need to do this for myself...if my boobs get any bigger I'll keel over with the weight!! (Ha, ha, not so funny really - I hate being big on top).
