I need to get a scale with a digital display. Yesterday I weighed myself in the morning before work and the crappy scale we have looked like 240lbs, but then today I weigh in and it is 237lbs. It's hard to read that dumb thing, and I find it difficult to believe that I dropped three pounds in one day. But who knows.

There were TONS of brownies, ice cream, and other goodies at the firehouse yesterday. It was like torture.
234.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
