Another day at 212, this is great. I'm only 1/2 a pound away and I've got until Monday to lose 8 ounces. If I just skip one meal I can do that. My plan is to skip dinner Sunday evening since I have to fast for the blood work Monday morning, so no breakfast on Monday either. That should be 8 ounces don't you think.
I watched one of the youtube videos that was recommended and Bob Harper was saying that you shouldn't have complex carbs after 12 noon. So I think I'll start a new challenge. Watch for the next one, I should have it up by the end of today.
