Here I go again! Last week was spring break here...I worked hard outdoors, and found out a very dear friend of mine passed away.....so it seems I've started back on my diet mostly from grief - all week I mourned for him. Now that the love of my life has passed, it's time for me to get myself back on track and try to move ahead. Since I don't have an appetite, I might as well start losing some weight.
