221.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1795 kcal Fat: 86.28g | Prot: 76.43g | Carb: 194.68g.   Breakfast: Croissant, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Bacon (Cured, Baked, Cooked) . Lunch: Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Boiled Egg, Walnuts, Pickles, Gala Apples, Grapefruit, Bacon, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: Satsuma, Pears, California Avocados. more...
