Wooot Wooot!!!! Yes!! I hit my January goal two days early. Got to keep it up this weekend. I weighed myself four times to make sure and the last two were 151.6, but I'm going conservative with my weigh in.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1425 kcal Fat: 49.49g | Prot: 61.04g | Carb: 182.22g.   Breakfast: Promise, Cinnamon, Great Value Sugar, Whole Grain White, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Large Egg. Lunch: Baked Tostitos, Light Sour Cream, Taco Soup. Dinner: Blue Lake Green Beans, Premium Sweet Petites Carrots, Great Value Whole Tomatoes, Great Value Whole Potatoes, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Great Value Ice Cream Sandwich, Hershey's, Dove Dark. more...
