Two weeks ago I decided to get my extra weight off and keep it off forever. Today I found this website. My short term goal is to loose 1-2 pounds a week, my long time goal is to be at my goal weight by Feb. 2015. I'm following a healthy calorie amount diet that I can use to guide me safely in getting this weight off for good! I'm also taking part in an exercise CD 5 x's a week I will start doing more walking over and above the cd exercise after the snow is gone. I have a knee problem so I have to go easy but i'm determined to do this. My thoughts are that as the weight drops and less pressure on my knee I will feel better all around. I'm tired of not having the energy that I need to be able to live and do things as I would like to. I say ... Enough already its now or never I'm not getting any younger. I am young at heart love to do many different activities but my weight prevents me from being as active as I wish to be.
