Found the 100 sit ups really hard so are 200 short this morning but will make up for it over the next couple of days.

Yo-yo'd all week but then ate what I liked when Jo and Andrew came to stay and 2lbs fell off. Bizarre.

Tim Ferris's book 4hour body arrived and am going to start following some of his principles this week. Have also downloaded the Canadian Airforce XBX plan that is supposed to be amazing for getting you fit but with only 12 mins every day.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
