Still moving in the right direction - Been a tough week with allot of snow but have worked out and burnt at least 1000 calories a day gonna try 2 stay at it in this manner eating sensibly and burning calories. The toughest part 4 me is the food side still. I am use to eating larger portions so even though I am not really hungry I miss the "Full" feeling Ive come accustomed 2. It is getting a bit easier now as time goes on - I am really starting 2 see that I can live fine and eat right at the same time and I am finding some foods I really enjoy!!
