Dang it! It's almost bedtime and I would LOVE a shot (or two) of Jack as a nightcap, while I read and get ready to sleep. But that would really stop me from having a caloric deficit for today... Times like this I wish I could eat and drink anything I wanted, just like people in the movies do.....
