BREAKFAST:I started my day with a half of a cup of oatmeal with a few raisins a little cinnamon a tablespoon of honey and a fourth of a cup of one percent milk a cup of coffee with some light creamer and 2 splenda.LUNCH:half of a ranch snack wrap a bite and a bite of a cheeseburger.SNACK:cup of coffee and a 100 calorie shortbred cookies.DINNER:1 pork chop a third cup of macaroni n cheese and a cup of coffee.
