Today, committed more than ever to make sure, I watch what goes into my mouth to see what works for losing the inches and lbs. I started a Cleanse as well today and I'm looking forward to getting rid of the toxins in my body. I have also got my husband by my side doing this as well, he's skinny but he needs the cardio and health benefits as we are both 40. :)
I changed my routine at the gym up yesterday to where I do weight training then finish with Cardio to see if I notice a difference as my trainer and fitness magazines recommend doing my workouts this way.
I'm loving life and I'm determined to look great this summer and for the rest of my life.
