I don't know if its the weather or because i have too much on my mind but i need motivation. I'm not gaining weight but i have to get back into drinking my water and eating more of healthy foods. My choices haven't been that bad but i'm running out of ideas of food i want to eat. I have to start looking at the cookbook.
