I'm a married women with a 1yr old son. Before i got pregnant my weight got down to 137 lbs. Now i'm having problems getting back in shape. Being on fatsecret has motivated me to eat like i should. I work out with a trainer twice a week as well as trying to do more on my own. By the summer i plan on looking and feeling like the old me!!!!!!

Food Diary: how do YOU use it?
I enter what i eat and drink throughout the day. This helps me to eat only the recommended calories i'm allowed to intake. Having a 1 year old i tend to forget to feed myself. If i don't eat enough calories in a day i don't see the weight loss.
