Maybe kick those calories up a little. Alternate higher and lower days to keep your metabolism going. Drink you water. Get in activity. If you were eating that little, then you should notice your clothes fitting more loose. The scale doesn't always show our progress right away. Other things can mask our loss on the scale (too much sodium, exercise, hormones, medications, etc. ). The scale will eventually catch up. Make sure you are taking a multivitamin because you can't get the nutrition your body needs on so few calories. Keep at it! It will move.
