I just started working out at a women's gym (NOT curves*) and a trainer taught me the weight machines and gave me an 8 week program to get fit : ) I am doing WW online also, but now the new WW program doesn't count calories, and I still want to do that, so I am doing FS also! So every other day I work out on 12 wt machines increasing my wt's every third time for 8 weeks. I do cardio 3 times a week also...but only for about 20-30 min. I work in a hospital,and take the stairs and walk where and whenever possible.
