Up another .8 lbs. today. Not a happy camper and struggling with maintaining a positive attitude. Let's face it I'm downright grumpy. Some fatsecret buddies say up my calories others say have a low calorie day. So I upped my calories yesterday to 1481 and I gained. Now, you might say "did you really expect a change in one day?" ... frankly ... yes. I'm rather impatient. However, I know I can't "give up" that is simply not an option and I imagine eventually this bump in my journey will even out. It is just hard to see the red arrows and see my progress slip away.

So ... my clothes still fit better, I still feel physically better, and I HAVE still lost weight and I'm sure inches as well although I did not measure when I began. Fortunately I have a busy day ahead of me so perhaps I can temporarily stop obsessing about ME. UGH. I know this isn't a "diet" I can come off of ... this is a life change and I'll get through it. I surely do appreciate the opportunity to vent and the support here. ONWARD!!!!!
221.8 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Keep with it hun. That is precisely why I dislike weighing in every single day though. I prefer to weigh in once a week. Keep with it hun, it will start to drop again.
