Amazing comparison! Keen to know - in pic1 it looks like you might have some loose skin, and pic2 looks all toned - did you just naturally lose the loose skin or did you do any surgical or nor surgical procedures?

You look fabulous! 👌😀Your stomach and legs are really well toned. What an a amazing difference. What excercise do you do? Stomach and legs are always the most difficult to get in shape🙈.

Thank you everyone. There is definitely still lose skin. It hangs just below my waist band. I was told that most of what was making my stomach so squishy is the stubborn fat reserves under the skin. Photo one and two were 8 weeks apart and only 1.5kg. I wasn't counting calories at all, because my diet is so restrictive, I just focused on getting enough nutrition out of a mostly plant based diet. My body just agreed with it. The toning did happen very quickly - I have to credit muscle memory. I went back to a beginners class which consisted mostly of boot camp and body weight exercises. I have always noticed a huge difference when I cut out wheat and sugar. This is not my first rodeo. I have seesawed with my weight over the last few years, just from being in a bad place with health and not having time for myself. So please keep your chin up, you can always start again
