YYYYYaaaaasssssss!!!!! I had a lot of trouble this week dealing with the time change. I'd walk out the house without breakfast, and then had to pick up my guilty pleasure (gas station roller food) on the way to work. When I did good for breakfast, my team wanted to experience Restaurant Week. This is after last weekend when I gorged myself on a medium pizza. Oh I forgot to tell you about that.

I just wanted a slice of pizza, but by the time it came I was starving and totally smashed half of it. Then the next morning I figured it would be better to go ahead and eat it rather than drag things out for a few days. So I smashed the other half. And this is when you know the food you ate wasn't good for you. I was still hungry!

My sleep schedule was completely affected by the time change too. I did a cardio workout first thing Monday morning and I was wrecked all day. I have done a morning workout since, but I'm not quitting them. I just needed time to recuperate, and I think I'm almost there. I have done all of my half marathon training, though. And that's what this loss can be attributed to.

Also, for some reason I keep forgetting to take Garcinia Cambogia...like literally it is slipping my mind. Is that a sign to stop taking it?
