Had a 9am meeting this morning at a client's office. That is too early for me. Will try to write more later. Deadlines all day.

160.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb. Still to go: 10.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 5.6 lb a week

Deadlines are evil. On the other hand, they're a form of discipline that really do help keep you on your toes.
